Here’s a Deaf couple – Richard and Donna Farris – who are proud to be alumni of Kentucky School for the Deaf, and wearing their new shirts proved that! Donna is Adonia’s best friend since childhood, and Adonia drove up to surprise Donna on her 50th birthday last weekend! Donna’s birthday was on Saturday, August 17th. And today is Richard’s birthday! ♥️

Richard: Hello, my name is Richard Farris. I grew up from 1970 to 1983 at Kentucky School for the Deaf until I graduated. I had fond memories of my time at KSD, and I cherish and support KSD! Thanks!
Donna: Hello, I’m Donna Farris (formerly Smith, before I married to Richard). I entered Kentucky School for the Deaf in 1983 (late spring) to 1986 (late fall). Also my two Deaf brothers entered KSD the same year as I did, attending for three years. We really enjoyed being at KSD and socializing with other Deaf students. I was later moved to Florida.
Richard: ILY.
